Doll Artist Alice Mary Lynch

These are made by Alice Mary Lynch. these caught my eye as i was flicking though country living magazine. They are quite quirky and childlike. They are something that I think could inspire me for future projects.

More covered books

Can be used for story books covers. Also seen one that looked like wall art when opened out.

Collection of natural objects

These are the paper 3D drawings from a module towards the beginning of the academic year of my BA Hons Degree course at Cleveland College of Art & Design - Contemporary Textile Products.
the topic of the module was to make the drawings based on three natural objects and three man made objects. for the man made objects i made a plate, a set of cutlery and a place mat, then obviously this pine cone, conker and acorn for the natural objects. I found the model making absolutely absorbing. I like a challenge and I can safely say that they definitely proved to be a challenge. However, I was very satisfying to have achieved what I set out to do.

Beautiful colours of the Hellebore

Fashion that seems to have been inspired by the Gospels

End of 3d drawing module

Paper jewellery

Collection of man made objects

Paper can of tomatoes

Paper Concker & Acorn

Here are another two of my 3D drawings, these are also very realistic. again they are made entirely of paper and different coloured mediums. i feel that i have captured the details well and i am very pleased with them.

Paper Pine cone

This is a pinecone created entirely from paper. I spent a lot of time making this and i am glad I did as I think the outcome is very realistic. A lot of my peers mistaken it for a real pinecone.

Paper placemat, dinner plate & cutlery

This is my paper place mat, dinner plate and cutlery. This is all made from paper and different medias to add the colours. I think this looks very realistic and it is another piece of work that was time consuming but i am pleased with the finished outcome.

Paper Tea set, Tea bag & two biscuits

This is another piece which I am proud of. I think this piece of work is very realistic. Again these 3D drawings are all made using paper and different media to add the colour. 3D drawings are very time consuming.

Wet Fish Assignment- paper mackerel

This is my paper mackerel. This has been created using paper and black biro pen. I am extremely pleased with how this has turned out and I think I have captured a lot of detail using the biro. I am excited to turn this into a fabric fish for my next assignment.

Paper pot

This is a piece of work which I have created using paper again, another 3D drawing. For this the brief was to only use felt tip pens. I am pleased with how this has turned out.
